The Aysix Wireless system provides an end-to-end sensory network to monitor various types of valves while operating in a process plant. This Solution gives operators in both the control room as well as in the field a comprehensive picture of the valves performance status in real time. Traditionally, valve monitoring has been expensive and cumbersome when used with wired systems. In contrast, the Aysix wireless solution utilizes low cost equipment, fast installation, easy operation, and effective diagnostics/maintenance technology. It is also compatible with current conventional instrumentation and communication protocols, thus allowing for the development of new possibilities in control processing and accountability.

Digital positioner Single or Double Acting

The PMV D3 is a digital positioner designed primarily for controlling adjustable valves. The positioner can be used with single or double action actuators with either rotary or linear movement. The PMV D3 can be equipped with modules for feedback, limit switches and a pressure gauge block. Pressure sensors can be installed in the pneumatic block to offer advanced diagnostics. The modules can be factory assembled before delivery or fitted later.

Compact Digital Single Acting

D20 is a compact digital positioner that is very simple and quick to install and operate. To calibrate it, simply press the button for 5 seconds, D20 will auto-calibrate and tune itself in a few seconds. D20 can be fitted with optional 4-20 mA feedback transmitter and limit switches. Optional LCD with menu is available on D22. HART communication is optional. For visual indication you can select between flat arrow indicator or a dome indicator.

Electro Pneumatic Single or Double Acting

The EP5 electropneumatic positioner is adapted from the PMV P5 pneumantic positioner. This compact and sturdy unit is designed for maximum performance in all types of environments. The EP5 is available in Standard, Intrinsically Safe and Explosion Proof versions. A modular feedback unit F5 allows for the addition of limit switches and/or position transmitters, without additional mounting brackets.

Fail Freeze Single or Double Acting

EP5 Fail Freeze offers enhanced system safety gained from it's fail freeze characterestic. In the event that the 4-20 mA input signal is lost, EP5 Fail Freeze will fail in place. The unit is loop powered and needs no additional power supply. It features a rugged design, high gain, high capacity gold plated spool valve, external zero adjustment, gauge ports, replaceable filter, tapped exhaust port, all in an IP65/NEMA 4 enclosure. Additional capabilities include the direct mounting of a sealed feedback unit, F5, with the ability to include switches, position transmitter or a potentiometer. The F5 mounts on top of the EP5 Fail Freeze requiring no additional brackets or linkage.

Pneumatic Single or Double Acting

The foundation of the PMV Valve Control System is the PMV P5 pneumatic positioner. Performance of this unit has been enhanced with the special high gain/high capacity spool valve assembly providing very quick and accurate actuator/valve response. For single or double acting application, this new modular design allows for the simple addition of I/P converters and/or a feedback unit with a variety of feedback options.

Pneumatic Stainless Steel Single or Double Acting

The P-1700 series is designed for double acting applications but can easily be used for single acting applications by plugging one port. The PMV P-1700 series is specially designed for use in corrosive or high temperature environments with all external parts made from stainless steel. Internal parts are made from stainless steel on models P-1700 and 1720, and from aluminum on models P-1710 and P-1730.

Feedback unit

The PMV F5 is a feedback unit uniquely designed to mount on top of the PMV P5, EP5 or P-2000 positioners with minimum parts required. The F5 can also be mounted on actuators with an additional mounting kit. The F5 is available in two different enclosures, standard or explosion proof.
