D3 Series
Digital Valve Positioners |
The
D3 Series are Digital Valve Positioners with exceptional features
and benefits. The computer-optimised pneumatic relay with piezoelectric
valves offers great dynamic performance together with very low steady
state air consumption. All information is presented on a large graphic
display and configuration is simple from five large push buttons
or from a HART® handheld communicator.
 D3
General Purpose Digital Valve Positioners where high air
delivery capacity is combined with low air consumption. It suits
both linear and rotary actuators, single or double acting. Five
keys and a large graphic display make D3 simple to configure and
adjust.
 D3I
- Intrinsically Safe Valve Positioners are available
in an Intrinsically Safe version for installation in hazardous areas.
It features the same easy to use user interface for local configuration
as D3. Communication with HART® is possible. It features all
benefits and options similar to the Standard D3 Positioner, gauge
block, local graphic LCD display and feedback option etc.
 D3E
- Explosion Proof Digital Valve Positioners are available
in Explosion Proof Enclosures. They features the same easy to use
user interface for local configuration as D3. Communication via
HART® is possible. Further features are gauge ports local graphic
LCD display, and a built in 4-20mA position transmitter.

Electro Pneumatic Valve Positioners |
The
EP5 Electro Pneumatic Valve Positioners are adapted from the PMV
P5 Pneumatic Valve Positioner. A Modular
Feedback Unit F5 allows for the addition of limit switches
and/or position transmitters, without additional mounting brackets.
EP5 Fail Freeze offers enhanced system safety gained from it's fail
freeze characteristic. It features a rugged design, high gain, high
capacity gold plated spool valve, external zero adjustment, gauge
ports, replaceable filter, tapped exhaust port, all in an IP65/NEMA
4 enclosure. Additional capabilities include the direct mounting
of a sealed feedback unit, F5, with the ability to include switches,
position transmitter or a potentiometer.
 EP5
Series Electro Pneumatic Valve Positioners are compact and
sturdy units designed for maximum performance in all types of environments.
The EP5 is available in Standard, Intrinsically Safe and Explosion
Proof versions. A Modular Feedback Unit F5 allows for the addition
of limit switches and/or position transmitters, without additional
mounting brackets.

Fail Freeze Valve Positioners offers enhanced system safety
gained from it's fail freeze characteristic. In the event that the
4-20 mA input signal is lost, EP5 Fail Freeze will fail in place.
The unit is loop powered and needs no additional power supply.
 P2000
Series Valve Positioners are one of the sturdiest, reliable
Electropneumatic Positioners on the market. Controlling air delivery
with the PMV standard spool valve assembly and receiving the 4-20mA
control signal through our voice coil magnet unit assembly, this
positioner offers a wide range of features and benefits.
 P2050
Valve Positioners provides the fastest, most accurate and
precise control valve response of any accomplishing electropneumatic
positioner available today. Thanks to the two stage design of this
unit, the P-2050 has short dead times and a high speed of response,
this with very little overshoot makes this product unique. Speed
and accuracy, without overshoot are essential criteria for superior
dynamic performance of control valves.

Pneumatic Valve Control System |
|
The
P5 Valve Control System is a Valve Positioning System from PMV
with a modular design concept. The base unit of the system is
the pneumatic positioner, used in either single or double acting
applications. P5 comes standard with built in dampers, a 5 mm
high gain spool valve assembly, gauge ports and an O-ring sealed
housing. The housing utilizes a unique O-ring seal that can be
adjusted to a sealed or drained position.
The modular design concept allows for easy addition of accessories
such as I/P converter and/or a feedback package, both which are
isolated from the basic pneumatic unit. These accessories can
be factory or field mounted.
Ease of calibration and maintenance are built into to the design
with easily accessible span and zero adjustment, and very simple
parts replacement.
 P5
- High Performance Valve Positioning System - The foundation
of the PMV Valve Control System is the P5 pneumatic positioner.
Performance of this unit has been enhanced with the special high
gain/high capacity spool valve assembly providing very quick and
accurate actuator/valve response. For single or double acting
application, this new modular design allows for the simple addition
of I/P converters and/or a feedback unit with a variety of feedback
options.
 P1500
Series Rotary Valve Positioners, are the flagship of our
Rotary Positioners. Available in standard model (P1500), anti-vibration
(P1540), this series covers a wide range of applications. The
heart of the unit, its spool valve assembly, provides accurate,
dependable positioning even with poor quality plant air.
 P1700
Series Stainless Steel Valve Positioners are specially
designed for use in corrosive or high temperature environments
with all external parts made from stainless steel. Internal parts
are made from stainless steel on models P1700 and P1720, and from
aluminum on models P1710 and P1730.
