Reluctance Laboratory Pressure Transducer Description:
The DP15 Variable Reluctance Laboratory
Pressure Transducer is a general purpose differential pressure
transducer that features field replaceable sensing diaphragms
so that the full scale may be changed anywhere between +/-0.08
psid and +/-3200 psid. The DP15 Variable Reluctance Laboratory
Pressure Transducer is the most cost-effective way to make pressure
measurements in the laboratory where pressure measurement requirements
are constantly changing: the DP15 Variable Reluctance Laboratory
Pressure Transducer has 23 different diaphragm ranges available.
When used with a Validyne carrier demodulator, the DP15 Variable
Reluctance Laboratory Pressure Transducer can produce a +/-10
Vdc analog output proportional to the full scale pressure range.
The rugged construction of the DP15 makes it highly resistant
to shock and vibration. Because the diaphragm is the only moving
part, the frequency response of the DP15 Variable Reluctance Laboratory
Pressure Transducer to pressure pulsation's is exceptionally high.
The DP15 Variable Reluctance Laboratory
Pressure Transducer will accept liquids and gases on both sides,
and is constructed of 410 stainless steel. In addition, nickel
and gold platings is available for aggressively oxidizing media.
The O-ring seals are available in a variety of compounds. Bleed
screws in each cavity facilitate liquid filling for dynamic pressure
measurements.
